Melat is a newly licensed Internet Service Provider (ISP), licensed and highly recognized by the Aghanistan Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (ATRA), throughout the country of Afghanistan. Officially licensed in November 2009, Melat was immediately deploying ISP Solutions to customers in Kabul, Afghanistan.
The licensing is one of the premiere qualifications required for the proper recognition and deployment of services within this region. Melat recently renewed its license and added a strategic partner who is licensed to provide wireless or WiMax services in the region also. This capability coupled with its ever growing ISP customer base continues to push Melat as one of the premiere ISP's in the region.
